Invisalign Options

Four different categories of Invisalign aligners are available for adults, with the aligner material and treatment approach consistent across all categories. The primary distinction lies in the number of aligners included in each category. Each Invisalign aligner aims to gently shift misaligned and malpositioned teeth towards their correct position through incremental movements. The cumulative effect of these small adjustments, coupled with regular aligner changes, gradually guides misaligned teeth to their ideal position. Patients with more complex orthodontic cases may require more aligners, resulting in higher costs and longer treatment times.

Invisalign Express

• Shortest treatment option, focusing on front teeth improvement.
• Invisalign I7 designed for small misalignments (up to 2mm).
• Maximum of 7 aligners included.
• Aligners changed every 12 days, completing treatment in less than 3 months.
• Cost: £1,595 (single arch) / £1,995 (both arches).
• Option for one set of additional aligners at £195.

Invisalign Lite

• Up to 14 aligners for mild crowding or space closure.
• Addresses mild overbite or underbite.
• Treatment duration: 6 months.
• Cost: £2,395 (single arch) / £2,995 (both arches).
• Includes three Invisalign Vivera retainers and one set of additional aligners (if required).

Invisalign Moderate

• Common category with up to 20 aligners.
• Treats moderate crowding, space closure, and mild overbite or underbite.
• Treatment duration: 8 months.
• Cost: £2,695 (single arch) / £3,195 (both arches).
• Includes three Invisalign Vivera retainers and one set of additional aligners.
• Additional aligners at an extra charge of £195 if needed.

Invisalign Comprehensive

• No limit to the number of aligners.
• Suitable for severe cases of crowding or closure of larger gaps.
• Addresses overbite, open bite, and crossbite.
• Only available for both arches at a total cost of £3,599.
• Includes three upper and lower Invisalign Vivera retainers and one set of additional aligners.
• Option for unlimited additional aligners at £195 per set.

• Detailed assessment of teeth, gums, and orthodontic problems.
• Comprehensive information on Invisalign benefits with case simulations.
• X-rays, photos, and digital scans.
• Invisalign digital outcome simulation.
• All necessary appointments from start to finish.
• Set of three Invisalign Vivera retainers, with an option for fixed wire retainers at no extra cost.
• Complimentary tooth whitening gel.
• Final bite check, correction, and tooth contouring for optimal aesthetic outcomes.
• One set of additional aligners if required (excluding Invisalign Express).
• Full attention to detail and best care.

Not Included in Invisalign Package:

• Treatment of non-orthodontic dental problems (e.g., gum disease or dental decay).
• Lost and damaged aligners (additional cost of £55 per aligner tray).
• More than one set of additional aligners, with rare exceptions explained by lack of patient compliance or specific dental conditions.
• Second set of additional aligners available at a reduced cost of £195 per set.

Additional Option for Peace of Mind:

• Fixed wire retainers available at an extra charge of £200 per arch.
